Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own an HVAC, plumbing or electrical company in Texas that does $1M or more a year.
  • You have W-2 techs on payroll, pay subs on 1099s and keep trucks and equipment on the road.
  • Your CPA files once a year, and you don't hear from them again until spring.
  • Your tax bill is a surprise every year, even when the year went well.
  • QuickBooks is months behind, or a part-time bookkeeper or your spouse catches it up when there's time.
  • You can't say for sure which jobs or which types of work actually make you money.
  • How you pay yourself has been on the list for a while, and nobody has run the numbers.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Trades companies doing under $1M a year.
  • Businesses outside HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
  • Owners who only want a return filed each spring.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Adam's Fort Worth team runs the money side of your trades company all year.

We Catch Up Your Books

We clean up QuickBooks, reconcile your accounts and fix the categories, then keep your books current every month, so every tax decision runs on real numbers instead of guesses.

We Track Profit By Job

We track profit job by job and figure out your true cost per job, so you can see which types of work and which customers make you money and price your work to match.

We Run Payroll And 1099s

We run payroll for your W-2 techs and send the 1099s to your subs every January, so paying your crew and your subs comes off your plate.

We Set How You Pay Yourself

We run the numbers on an S-corp for your company, then set a reasonable salary with the rest taken as distributions, so you stop overpaying payroll tax.

We Time Trucks And Equipment

Before you buy the next truck or hire the next tech, we run the tax side with you, and we make sure the equipment you need is in service by December 31st.

We File Every Return

We size your quarterly payments to what the company actually earns through its busy and slow seasons, then prepare and file both the company return and your personal return.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my current CPA?+
Not to get on a call. You don't have to make any decision about your current CPA first, and we'll sort out what works for you when we talk. Once you're a client, your books, payroll and taxes sit with one team instead of being split between people who never compare notes.
My books are a mess. Can you still help?+
Yes. Messy books are normal for a busy trades company, and we've cleaned up books going back years. We catch the year up in QuickBooks, fix the categories and then keep everything current every month. You don't need to tidy anything before the call.
Do I have to buy a new truck to save on taxes?+
No. Several of the biggest savings cost nothing: how you pay yourself, getting the full 20% deduction for business owners, sizing your quarterly payments right and claiming deductions already sitting in your books. When a truck does make sense, it has to be working for you by December 31st to count for this year, and ordered or paid for isn't enough.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No. Fall is when you can do the most, because you finally know roughly what the company will make this year. Equipment has to be in service and your salary settled before your final payroll, so December 31st is the real deadline. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
Will I actually hear from you after tax season?+
Yes. We limit how many clients each advisor works with, so whoever picks up the phone already knows your company. We check in with you 2 to 3 times a year, and before any big purchase or hire, you call us first.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on what your company needs, from tax prep to monthly bookkeeping and payroll. Adam quotes the fee on the strategy call, before you commit to anything, so you know the cost up front. And if you don't save at least $100K in taxes this year, you don't pay.
Do you only work with Fort Worth companies?+
Our office is at 3301 West Fwy in Fort Worth, just off I-30. We serve Fort Worth and the wider DFW area, and we work with contractors across the rest of Texas too. Most client work runs remotely through a secure portal.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Adam asks how your company runs: your trucks, your techs and subs, how you pay yourself, who keeps your books and what you expect to bring in this year. Then he shows you where you're overpaying, which fixes can still land before December 31st and roughly what they're worth to you. If it isn't a fit, he'll tell you directly.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Trades Company Can Still Save Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, Adam looks at your trucks, your crew, how you pay yourself and how 2026 is tracking. You'll leave knowing where you're overpaying and which fixes can still land this year.
